Dr. Moser is the Director of Princeton Neuropsychology at RSM and the Sports Concussion Center of New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Honors and Magna Cum Laude, and her Ph.D. in Professional Psychology, from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was named the Pi Lambda Theta Outstanding Doctoral Student of the Year. She is a board-certified neuropsychologist and rehabilitation psychologist and a state certified school psychologist. She is also certified by the APA College of Professional Psychology in Alcohol and Substance Use Disorders.

Dr. Moser’s publications have covered the topics of learning and memory disorders, concussion, brain injury, Alzheimer’s Disease, post-traumatic stress, psychotherapy, personality, violence, parenting techniques, alcohol/substance abuse, medical illnesses, and practice ethics. Her research has been published in scientific journals such as American Journal of Sports Medicine, Applied Neuropsychology, Archives of Clinical Neuropsychology, British Journal of Sports Medicine, Developmental Neuropsychology, JAMA: Pediatrics, Journal of Athletic Training, Journal of Pediatrics, Professional Psychology: Research and Practice, Neurosurgery, and The Clinical Neuropsychologist.

Dr. Moser has served as a scientific expert and co-author for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC- P) Pediatric Mild Traumatic Brain Injury Workgroup Guidelines, and as a subject matter expert and systematic review co-author for the 2017 International Consensus Conference in Sport (CIS)-Berlin and for the latest 2022 Amsterdam guidelines. She is internationally recognized for her work in sports concussion and is the author of the highly acclaimed Ahead of the Game: The Parents’ Guide to Youth Sports Concussion (Dartmouth College Press). She has been named the official concussion doctor for many professional teams including the ECHL Trenton Titans Ice Hockey, the Philadelphia Soul Arena Football, the Trenton Steel Arena Football, and the Jersey Flight Arena Football.

Dr. Moser is the current President of the Sports Neuropsychology Society, Past President of the New Jersey Psychological Association and the New Jersey Neuropsychological Society, and Past Treasurer of the National Academy of Neuropsychology. She has been awarded the American Psychological Association Presidential Award for Advocacy in Psychology (Karl Heiser Award), the 2020 Sports Neuropsychology Society Distinguished Career Award, the 2019 Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey Jill Shulman Community Pillar Award, and the 2020: Alfred Wellner Lifetime Achievement Award for Clinical Excellence from the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. She is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, the National Academy of Neuropsychology, and the Sports Neuropsychology Society and is an adjunct professor of clinical psychology at the Widener University.

She has appeared on numerous TV and radio programs, as well as in the PBS full length documentary feature MomsTeam TV documentary, The Smartest Team.
